Kaylora Holistic Wellness & Recovery LLC provides comprehensive, evidence-based adult psychiatric and mental health services for individuals aged 18 and older. Care is delivered through a holistic, trauma-informed, and patient-centered approach, integrating psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy, and care coordination to support symptom stabilization, functional improvement, and long-term mental wellness.
Services are provided via secure telepsychiatry and, when clinically indicated, in-person or in-home visits, in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
The initial psychiatric and mental health evaluation is a comprehensive diagnostic assessment designed to establish an accurate diagnosis and develop an individualized treatment plan.
This evaluation includes a detailed review of the patient’s presenting concerns, psychiatric history, prior treatments and hospitalizations, medical history, current medications, substance use history, trauma exposure, psychosocial stressors, family psychiatric history, and functional status. A full mental status examination is completed, along with screening for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. Suicide and safety risk assessments are performed, and diagnoses are formulated using DSM-5-TR criteria.
Following the evaluation, an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan is developed, which may include medication recommendations or initiation, psychotherapy recommendations, laboratory or diagnostic testing when indicated, and referrals to additional services or higher levels of care as appropriate.
